Soar into Spring with Kundalini Yoga teacher Bret DuBack with 3 hours of a Kundalini yoga & meditation. This class is bound to raise your spirits and your energy! The word Kundalini means to "uncoil," and this workshop is devoted to raising the Kundalini energy that is inherent in every human body. This energy can be used for healing, breaking old patterns, taking meditation to the next level and achieving tranquility. Once we consciously un-coil this energy and recognize its presence, we can move forward in life with renewed vigor. This practice is appropriate for all levels.

Get your tickets early due to a possible sell out. The only Connecticut appearance in 2010.
$2.00 of each ticket goes to the Opera House restoration project .

“NOTE ABOUT THE OPERA HOUSE”
Built in 1875 The proscenium arch and ceiling are richly decorated with frescoes and deep moldings. Four of these ceiling frescoes have artwork representing music, art, drama and architecture. The acoustical quality of the Opera House is superb. Some of the great personalities to perform here are singers Enrico Caruso and Amelita Galli-Curci, concert pianist Jan Paderewski, dancer Ray Bolger and Conrad Nagel.

Saturday we will have live music all day long to yoga, mantra, meditation and dance Accompanied by many of Americas great kirtan artists featuring: Mirabai Ceiba,
Nina Rao (assistant to Krishna Das), Eddy Nataraj, Sitas Light, Fumio Taniguchi, Ginny Mackles, Suan Armstrong, Harnam Singh, Gibran Hurtado, Bret DuBack
and many others.

Saturday evening concert / kirtan with Mirabai Ceiba. A musical project created by Angelika Baumbach from Mexico / U.S. (vocals and Harp)
and Markus Sieber from Germany (vocals and guitar) and guests.

Ticket Policy: Keeping it “GREEN”
If you are our email list for any concerts or for 700 voices
You will receive an email confirmation from 700 Voices staff.
Print it out and bring with you to the venue. NO paper tickets will be mailed unless you have sent a self addressed stamped envelope or picked one up at a ticket outlet. Please arrive early at the venue to check your name on the Will Call list at the door. Note that all tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
